Roar into the New Year with these delightful Prehistoric fabrics from Makower.
It will be available to order from next week, 16th January 2026. The panel is perfect for a quilt or wall hanging. Coordinating fabrics are available and there are packs of 5" charm squares too (see pics below).
I'd be tempted to add a border to the panel to make your Prehistoric quilt - 2 units ( half a metre) of a coordinating fabric would be perfect to do this and make a quilt measuring approx 80cm x 112cm. The multi spots would make an excellent binding for the quilt. the panel itself would make a great wallhanging - maybe you could add storage pockets down the side!
Charm squares are a great way of easy quilting - arrange the squares as you like and sew together. They're also great for smaller projects and paper piecing.
Other ideas include bags, party bags, cushion covers, pencil cases and book bags. I'm sure you'll come up with more ideas. Bunting, of course - we have Linen Texture colours that would work really well with the prints.
All coordinating fabrics are 100% cotton and 112cm wide.
The panels measures 60cm x 112cm.
